Encertec offers a variety of products and services to ensure each individual customer's needs are completely satisfied.

Encertec initially designed and supplied dry limestone systems (DLA's) under a license agreement with the Ohlmann Group in Germany. The Clean Air Act reduced allowable emissions requiring further reductions of acid gas and particulate emissions. To meet the new standards, Encertec designed and supplied its first dry lime injection system (DIFF) with baghouse in 1999. Today there are more than 25 Encertec supplied scrubber systems operating in North America. These systems are individually engineered, using various reagents, baghouse designs, feed systems and reagent waste collection systems and layouts to suit each customer's pollution control requirements.

Our team, with more than 100 years combined experience in the industry, has the ability to expand, update, and restore equipment and design features to ensure energy efficiency, while increasing overall performance and production. Furthermore, our experience with different reagents, feeder systems, baghouse designs, and fabric filters provides our project staff the ability to evaluate and select the optimum equipment and design.

Encertec, a supplier of ceramic manufacturing components as well as scrubber systems, also specializes in kiln and furnace reworks or upgrades. From minor projects to enhance production or solve existing problems to major projects extending kilns and dryers; Encertec is qualified for your project.

Our systems are designed, fabricated, and built in the United States. Therefore we are able to provide optimal schedule control and support to be able to quickly respond to our customers needs.
